Great spot near the state park and the staff here are really friendly 😊.

The hotel itself was wonderful and little.

Fairly clean hotel in a neat building really close to the amongst the trees, the Flume Gorge and a nice area. Well-kept and brand-new units with the fireplace, a library and refrigerator, and helpful staff.

Brand-new and attractive room plus with the fireplace. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Convenient location near a running Creek, Skiing, the Flume Gorge and the Cannon Mtn Aerial Tramway. Clean pool, parking on the property. What a helpful and hospitable staff...

The hotel was in a marvellous and stunning position right by a nice area and New Hampshire.

The place is conveniently located near the Franconia Notch State Park, Flume Gorge, and Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway, only a 15-minute drive to the Frost Place.

authentic outdoorsy feel; beautiful landscape

rooms need an overhaul/facelift; rooms felt very outdated (panel walls, old furniture, thin, scratchy towels). Breakfast room had no lights on, food was all carbs, no attendant present, only one table to sit at. Staff wasn't exactly friendly.

This hotel is situated near in the mountains with a brook behind it, a place to light campfires, two pools (one outside and one an indoor pool) and a lodge with a big fireplace .The grounds are well kept and beautiful. It is not a fancy place, but we found it to be quiet and comfortable and very clean. The beds are comfortable . The staff were friendly and helpful.The free breakfast is waffles and cereal and great coffee.(yes, it is full of carbs, you complainers. Stay someplace more expensive if you want more protein) There is a games room for kids with video game machines. It is only a 10 min drive to Littleton which has shopping and lots of places to eat, including a 99 restaurant.

The a/c was very loud, but worked ok. The place is a little outdated with the bathroom sink outside the bathroom -no tub.

The room was appealing, newly designed, and the staff was extremely friendly.

The rooms are not fancy but clean and comfortable enough. The location is fantastic and the little town of Franconia is very cute. The hotel's surrounding gardens are very pretty as well. We had an issue with our wi fi and the staff worked quickly to fix it.

The rooms could be updated and more bedding is needed in the colder months.

The location here is fantastic, surrounded by a beautiful garden and creek, in a peaceful area, our room was wonderfully designed, brand-new.

Very unique lodge. Perfect for a ski trip, however it was very nice to stay in even during June. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

Location: marvellous, close enough to the river, in the meadow, and the amongst the trees, the stream and areas of interest. Extremely pleasant and impeccably clean units with the fireplace...
